I entered the teaching profession seventeen years ago with a desire to provide young people with an education, which generates opportunity and aspiration for all.  I passionately believe in inclusive, comprehensive education which does not compromise on high standards, rigour or attention to detail. 

During my career I have held various leadership positions, which have provided me with an understanding of how effective and challenging school governance can broaden the impact of dedicated teachers and their influence over student experience.

As a Governor in The Growing Together Federation I look forward to supporting the schools, staff and children, to ensure the educational success and benefits that they each deserve.
