Havering Catering Services has introduced a more convenient way to preorder school meals, using a secure service called ParentPay.

This service will give Parents/Carers the opportunity to preorder school meals for their child/children via the ParentPay website. The school will no longer be using Squid to order school meals so it is important that all parents must sign up to this service to ensure that their child/children will be able to continue ordering school meals.

Please ensure that you have signed up.

Ordering a school meal via ParentPay must be done in advance from home or by 8.00am on the day lunch is required.

Accessing ParentPay

You will be provided with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password that is allocated to your child; once you have logged into ParentPay for the first time, you will be prompted to change both username and password.

Please keep your new login details safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children.

You will receive your unique ParentPay Account activation. For further information on ParentPay please see the FAQs below or visit
